The role includes responsibility for all operational activity across Scotland’s busiest airport ensuring the business operates at maximum efficiency.
Lead from the front and empower your day-to-day direct reports to build and develop their own teams. Help improve performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience, putting the customer at the forefront of everything you do.

About the Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for this role will be a two stage process. The first interview will be over Teams with our Head of Airport Operations and Service, and a Senior Operations Manager, to discuss your skills and motivation in applying for the role. If you are successful, the second stage will be an in person interview, where you will meet other members of the Operations team and have a competency based interview.

What you'll be doing
